基于BIM技术的施工阶段现场物料管理应用研究

         

摘要

由于我国建筑卖方市场的竞争越来越激烈,所以成本控制就不可避免的成为了所有企业重点控制的对象.而作为成本控制的重要对象—物料—虽然占据总成本的60~70%左右,却仍然得不到合理有效的控制,致使一系列因此而导致的成本增加的情况屡屡发生.因此,本文将BIM引入到施工现场的物料管理当中,通过减少因物料堆放不合理以及因物料储存量的问题而引起的成本增加来控制成本的增加,从而提高施工方在建筑市场的竞争力.%Because of the more and more fierce competition of the building seller's market in our country, cost control will inevitably become the focus of the control of all enterprises. Although the material, which is an important object of cost control, occupies about 60~70%of the total cost, it still can not get reasonable and effective control, which leads to a series of cost increase. Therefore, this paper will introduce BIM to the material management of construction site, control cost increase by reducing the cost increase caused by the unreasonable material storage and the amount problem of material storage, so as to improve the competitiveness of construction party in the construction market.
