基于BIM技术的建筑节能设计探讨

         

摘要

我国建筑行业发展迅速,规模不断拓展,数量逐年增加.随着建筑行业的发展,能源的消耗量也显著增加,我国现阶段仍然处于能源紧缺的状态,如何进行能源的合理利用对于保证我国建筑行业具有积极的意义.但是在进行建筑设计的过程中,无法实现准确的能源消耗分析,所以也就无法实现对能源的合理管控.将BIM技术应用于我国的建筑设计中,可以极大地改善能源利用状况,实现了对能源的合理利用.满足我国现阶段对能源节约的要求.本文就基于BIM技术的建筑节能设计进行了详细的探讨.%China's construction industry has developed rapidly, the scale continues to expand, and the number has increased year by year.With the development of the construction industry,the consumption of energy has also increased significantly.At present,China is still in a state of energy shortage, and how to make rational use of energy is of positive significance for the construction industry in China. However,in the process of building design,the accurate analysis of energy consumption can not be realized,so it is impossible to achieve a reasonable control of energy. The application of BIM technology in the architectural design of China can greatly improve the utilization of energy and realize the rational utilization of energy,so as to meet the needs of energy conservation in China at the present stage.This paper discusses the building energy efficiency design based on BIM technology in detail.
