BIM教育融入工程管理类专业现状调查与分析——以国内工程类院校为例

         

摘要

Through consulting relevant literature,this paper summarizes the current situation of introducing BIM education in foreign AEC universities,while the domestic BIM education is in the initial stage,and there are many development constraints.Based on this,this paper studies the current situation and development barriers of BIM education in CM teaching program in domestic universities through online questionnaire survey.According to the results of the survey,the status of BIM CM professional education in domestic universities is still at a low level,and lack of BIM trained teachers the traditional CM curriculum structure and industry participation is the top three BIM education barriers.The results provide a reference for the domestic colleges and universities who has not yet or been implemented BIM education.%通过查阅相关文献,总结了国外AEC高校引入BIM教育的现状,而国内高校BIM教育正处于起步阶段,存在诸多发展制约因素.基于此,本文通过线上调查问卷方式,研究了国内高校CM专业教学方案中融入BIM教育的现状以及发展障碍.调查结果显示,国内高校CM专业的BIM教育现状仍处于中低水平,受过培训的BIM师资缺乏、传统CM课程结构和行业参与是BIM教育壁垒的前3名,其结果为国内目前还未或正在实施BIM教育的高校提供参考.
