随着BIM技术在建筑业的兴起,BIM技术在项目管理中展现出越来越大的优势,也越来越受到人们的重视.但BIM技术在我国的推广和应用仍然受到很多外部和内部因素的制约.本文通过分析外部和内部制约因素以及目前存在的问题,提出适合我国国情的应对措施,以促进BIM技术在我国的推广和应用.%With the rise of BIM technology in the construction industry,it shows more and more advantages in the project management, and are paid more and more attention. But BIM technology promotion and application in China is still subject to a lot of external and internal factors. In this paper, through the analysis of external and internal constraints and the existing problems, countermeasures suitable for China's national conditions are put forward to promote BIM technology's promotion and application in China.
