随着我国产业结构的优化升级,陕西省的就业结构也随之发生改变.本文通过对陕西省三次产业的GDP结构、就业结构以及就业弹性现状的分析,发现陕西省就业结构存在的问题,并在探究其原因的基础上,提出相应的对策,以期为陕西省就业结构的调整提供建议.%With the optimization and upgrading of China's industrial structure, the employment structure of Shaanxi Province has changed accordingly. This paper analyzes the GDP structure, employment structure and employment elasticity of the three industries in Shaanxi province, discovers the problem of employment structure in Shaanxi Province, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, so that provides suggestions for the adjustment of employment structure in Shaanxi province.
