文章从小环境的视角出发,在梳理了当前北京市现行大学生创业政策的基础上,利用实证研究方法,从微观角度探讨了包括家庭因素、学校因素以及社交网络因素在内的小环境各因素对于大学生创业意愿的影响和作用机制,并针对当前政策中存在的问题提出了大学生创业政策的优化建议.%From the perspective of small environment, on the basis of combing the present entrepreneurial policies of current college students in Beijing, this paper uses the empirical research methods to explore various factors of small environment including family factors, school factors and social network factors on college students entrepreneurial will and influence mechanism, and puts forward recommendations on the optimization of college students venture policy.
