"Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education" is an important content of higher education in the new period, which will release a large bonus to talents training and social. "Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education" in colleges and universities of China has experienced three main stages ——the national personnel system reform putting forward "Entrepreneurship" concept, strengthening the ability of "Innovation" for building an innovation oriented country, developing "double" system of education with innovation driven development strategy. All in all, "Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education" upgrade is always with national strategic adjustment.
