With the development of modern transportation in China, urban infrastructure construction attracts great importance. As urban traffic congestion is serious, more and more cities choose subway to reduce the pressure on urban traffic and provide better condition for people's travel. Subway construction has its unique features, making its control network layout different from general construction control measurement. So it is necessary to discuss this problem. Through a case analysis, this article introduces and analyzes the early stage control network layout of construction projects on how to design the control network according to the existing data and the technical precision requirements of the project, how to select the control points in the field and construction specification of control points, observation content of control network and the matters needing attention, data analysis, accuracy determination, etc.%随着现代交通的发展,在我国各处都更加重视城市基础建设的现状下,在城市交通拥堵不堪的问题下,越来越多的城市都选择了修建地铁来缓解城市交通压力,为人们方便出行提供更好的条件。而地铁建设有其独特的特点,使得它的前期控制网布设与一般工程上的控制测量有了一定的区别,因而有必要拿出来进行讨论。本文通过一个地铁建设的实例分析,对如何根据现有资料与工程项目的技术精度要求设计控制网,如何在实地选择控制点及控制点的布设规范,控制网的观测内容及注意事项和控制网的数据分析,精度判定等方面,对工程建设的前期控制网布设进行介绍与分析。
