The peasant land management rights are contacted to interests compensation. Based on the present situation of the current land circulation, social security and so on, taking Ningbo for example, this paper analyzes the present situation of farmers' pension problem. The results show that farmers of different ages have different satisfaction degree on land circulation perception. The satisfaction for price of compensation mode according to mu is low. The circulation of land using planning had more significant effect on farmers' pension status. So, it should be suggested that price compensation proposed stratified could according to age. Making scientific planning, is an effective way to improve peasant land using right transfer and the level of rural residents endowment satisfaction.%农民土地经营权流转与其利益补偿相连.通过对当前土地流转的现状、社会保障等情况进行梳理,以宁波为例,深入分析从农民养老现状的问题,结果表明,不同年龄农民对土地流转感知的满意度有差异,按亩进行的价格补偿方式满意度较低,流转后的用地规划对农民养老现状有较为显著的影响,建议设立按年龄分层的价格补偿,并进行科学规划用地是提高农民经营权有序流转,提高农村居民养老满意水平的有效途径.
