综合了在预制装配式钢筋混凝土框架结构施工方面的经验，结合本市项目建设经验，详细介绍了新型装配式框架结构施工工艺特点、生产工艺情况和土建装配要点。从施工进程深入设计分析层面，从建筑结构抗震性能和节点抗震性能分析两个层面重点探讨该类型建筑抗震性能控制要点，确保工程良好的长期效益。%With the construction experience of prefabricated reinforced concrete frame structure and the project construction experience in Heyuan, this paper introduces the technology characteristics, production technology and key points of construction of the new-style prefabricated frame structure. From the construction process the design level is analyzed in detail, the control points of the anti-seismic property of this kind of construction is discussed from anti-seismic property of the building structure and the node so as to ensure the good long term benefits of the project.
