In order to further improve the scientificity and applicability of the risk evaluation of incorrupt government of the competent department of transportation, LEC method is used to put forward KPS risk evaluation of incorrupt government which suitable for the competent department of transportation by the example of Yunnan Province. By the actual application in the 22 departments of Transportation Hall of Yunnan Province, the results show that this evaluation method uses the semi-quantitative to break the traditional pure qualitative model of the incorrupt government risk, the score is used to quantify the incorrupt government risk and the division of the level of incorrupt government risk is more accurate, the evaluation process reduces the interference of human factors, the maneuverability is strong, the evaluation results have certain scientificity and applicability.%为进一步提高交通运输主管部门廉政风险评价的科学性和适用性，借鉴作业条件危险性评价法（LEC法），以云南省为例，提出了符合交通运输主管部门的KPS廉政风险评价方法。通过在云南省交运输厅22个部门实际应用，结果表明：该评价方法采用半定量的方法，打破了传统对廉政风险纯定性的衡量模式；以分值来量化廉政风险的大小，对各级廉政风险点级别的划分更加精确；评价过程降低了人为因素干扰，可操作性强，评价结果具有一定科学性和适用性。
