设声屏障预制T梁现浇桥面施工技术

         

摘要

The railway prefabricated T-beam (setting noise barrier) bridge cast-in-place flange plate and noise barrier base adopted in Zhang-Tang Railway is a new form of bridge deck design. It uses railway crossing bridge(2012)2109 precast post-tensioned method simply support T-beam (setting noise barrier) standard drawing, and optimizes the original design of the noise barrier, meeting the new requirements of “faster and safer”railway operation, and ensure that the surrounding environment is free from noise, reaching the environmental noise reduction requirement. This paper mainly summarizes the construction program and process of prefabricated T-beam (setting noise barrier) bridge cast-in-place flange plate and noise barrier base, which is of referential value for similar projects.%张唐铁路采用的铁路预制T梁(设声屏障)桥面现浇翼缘板及声屏障基础是一种较新的桥面设计形式,采用铁路通桥(2012)2109预制后张法简支T梁(设声屏障)通用图,在原声屏障设计基础上进行了优化,满足了铁路运行更快、更安全的新要求,同时保证了铁路沿线环境不受行车噪音影响,达到环保降噪的要求。本文主要对设声屏障预制T梁桥面现浇翼缘板及声屏障基础的施工方案和工艺进行了总结,以供同类设计的铁路桥面工程借鉴。
