This paper introduced the related concepts and meanings of survival analysis firstly. Then, the concept of survival time was described by using survival rate function, cumulative distribution function, survival function and cumulative hazard rate function. Secondly, the application of survival analysis method in various Chinese and foreign industries were reviewed. Through the Chinese and foreign applications, it is found that the survival analysis was firstly used in the medical field, but because of the superiority in dealing with censored data, it is widely applied to other areas by more and more scholars.%文章对生存分析法的相关概念和含义进行了介绍，并使用危险率函数、累计分布函数、生存函数、累积危险率函数对生存时间这一概念其进行描述。其次对生存分析法在国内外各个行业的应用进行综述。通过国内外应用的综述，发现尽管生存分析法最早仅应用于医学领域，但由于在处理删失数据上的优越性，已经被越来越多的学者广泛应用到其他领域。
