在城乡统筹发展的大背景下，当前我国实施的新型城镇化战略是以城乡互补，协调发展为基本特征的城镇化。新型城镇化建设要求城乡教育资源的优化合理配置，促进城乡教育均衡发展。本文在对河北省城乡义务教育调查研究的基础上，针对国内城乡教育中存在的问题，提出通过推进城乡教育资源均衡配置来促进城乡统筹发展的思路与对策。%Under the background of urban-rural integration development, the basic characteristic of the current new type urbanization strategy is complementary between urban and rural areas and coordinated development. The new urbanization construction requires the optimal and reasonable configuration of urban and rural education resources, and promote the balanced development of the urban and rural education. In this paper, on the basis of investigation and study of urban and rural compulsory education in Hebei Province, aiming at the problems existing in the domestic urban and rural education, it is put forward to promote the development of urban and rural areas as a whole by advancing balanced urban and rural education resources allocation.
