对施工企业来说,安全问题与企业员工的生命安全,更与企业自身的生产及发展息息相关.故而在项目管理过程中,企业必须对安全工作给予足够重视.在一系列安全措施中,群众安全生产监督员发挥着重要作用,因此施工企业应着力提升群安员的工作效率.本文介绍了群安员的重要作用,并以鹦鹉洲桥工程为例,对提升群安员工作效率的具体策略作出阐述.%For construction enterprises, security issues, safety of employees and development of enterprise are closely related. Therefore in the project management, enterprises must pay enough attention to safety. In a series of security measures, the mass safety supervisor plays an important role, so the construction enterprises should strive to improve their working efficiency. This paper discusses the role of the mass safety supervisor and puts forward strategy of work efficiency improvement in Yingwuzhou Bridge case study.
