本文运用理性选择理论,对大学生考试作弊行为进行定量研究.编制了相关主体行为的各项成本-收益重要度测量表,并结合学校相关历史数据,通过逆向计算和推理,得出不同主体不同行为选择的收益净值.分析结果可知,校方行为易倾向于两面性;监考老师会采取不认真监考的策略;学生完全倾向于考试作弊.因此,防治作弊行为最现实、最有效方法是从校方入手,改革人才教育评估体系、加强有效监督和建立行之有效的奖惩机制以使考务制度得以落实,改进试卷结构,改革考核方式等.%In this paper, on the basis of the theory of rational choice, we make a quantitative study on college students' cheating in the exam, and we have compiled a measurement table of the important degree of all the cost - benefit of related main body behavior, and get the net income of different behavior choice of different main bodies combined with the school related historical data and through reverse calculation and reasoning. Analysis result shows that the school behavior easily tends to be two sides, the examiner do not seriously supervise the strategy;students tend to cheat in the exam completely. Therefore, the most practical and effective method to prevent cheating is to reform the talent education evaluation system, strengthen the effective supervision, and establish effective system of rewards and punishment mechanism to make the organization to implement, improve the examination paper structure, reforms the inspection way, etc.
