摘要

Customer relationship management is a kind of new management philosophy and business strategy adapting to new economic development requirements, which has brought wide and high recognition of all social sectors. The paper discusses the connotation of customer relationship management, analyzes customer relationship management development history of the new economic era, makes sure that customer relationship management is the key which can make businesses get the competitive advantage in today's society, discusses the enterprise how to effectively implement customer relationship management, and points out the benefits that the enterprises can get from it.%客户关系管理,是一种适应新经济发展要求的新的经营管理哲学和经营策略,已引起各界的广泛与高度重视.本文探讨了客户关系管理的内涵,分析了新经济时代的客户关系管理发展史,认为客户关系管理是企业在现今社会获得竞争优势的关键,论述了企业如何有效地实施客户关系管理,指出了企业开展客户关系管理所能获得的好处.
