Cold recycling technology can make full use of the old road resources to recycle the old pavement and grassroots. As long as key technology and process flow are controlled well, it can form a stable base of pavement and at the same time, make the old road materials be fully utilized to achieve energy-saving, expense-saving, environmental protection and significant economic and social benefits.
