In this paper, a more scientific and reasonable thought education management evaluation of Military College graduate in the new period was developed, using FAHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the thought education management evaluation in the new period was quantitative evaluated from organizational leadership level, condition construction level, work operation levels, students training effect.%本文较为科学合理的制定了新时期军队院校研究生的思想教育管理评价模型，利用FAHP和模糊综合评判方法，从军队院校思想教育管理的组织领导水平，条件建设水平，工作运行水平，学员培养效果四个方面来定量评价新时期军校研究生的思想教育管理水平。
