当前，国际上普遍采用工程量清单报价的工程招投标方式，为了与国际接轨，采用工程量清单计价的方法势在必行。工程量清单计价方法使招投标人风险共担，降低了投标人的风险，同时责任分明又避免了日后的纠纷。这种方法便于实际操作，减少了误差出现的机率。这种计价方法适用于建筑、安装、市政等多种行业。本文重点研究工程量清单计价模式下施工企业招投标阶段工程造价的有效控制。%At present, the international communities generally adopt the project bidding method. Using the method of engineering quantity list valuation is imperative to conform with the international standard. Engineering quantity list valuation method gets the risk sharing for the bidders and reduces the risk of bidders, and clears lines of responsibility and avoids the future disputes. This method is convenient for practical operation and reduces the probability of error. This valuation method is applicable to many kinds of industries such as construction, installation, municipal industry and so on. This paper focuses on the engineering quantity list valuation mode of construction enterprises in the bidding phase of the project cost effective control.
