进入21世纪以来，老年人的养老、医疗以及照料护理服务等问题，成为了当今社会逐渐升温的关注热点，我国一些地方政府在借鉴城市社区养老的基础上探索农村社区养老模式。我国目前的养老模式上都是不能满足当前农村经济社会的发展及土地依法流转后的农村老人养老问题。而新型的农村养老模式有利于向老年人提供多样化的养老选择、有利于促进我国老年福利产业的发展、有利于提高老年人的生活质量及减轻子女的养老负担。因此建立新型的农村养老模式势在必行。%Since entering the 21st century, the pension, health care and care service of the elderly become the hot topics in today's society. In this context, some local government explorates the rural community pension model on the basis of the urban community pension. The current problems of the pension model in China are the current pension model can not meet requirements of the current rural economic and social development and the rural elderly pension issues after the land circulation. The new type rural endowment model is conducive to provide a variety of pension options for the elderly, promote the development of the elderly welfare industry in China, improve the quality of life of the elderly and reduce the pension burden of children. Therefore, it is imperative to establish a new model of rural old-age.
