This paper uses fuzzy theory to study the returns inventory control. Taking stockout quantity, return rates and other variables as the fuzzy numbers, and minimum average inventory total cost as the objective function, the fuzzy EOQ model of return rates and stockout is established to determine the optimal order quantity and the average total cost of inventory. Finally, the influence of unit demand on the optimal EOQ and the average total cost of inventory is analyzed.%文章运用模糊理论研究退货库存控制问题，以缺货量、退货率等变量为模糊数，以平均库存总费用最小为目标函数，建立退货率和缺货的模糊经济订货批量模型，求最佳订货批量和平均库存总费用。最后分析单位需求量对最佳经济订货批量和平均库存总费用的影响。
