民营快递公司提高物流服务质量的建议--以X快递公司为例

         

摘要

China's express companies, especially the private express companies, have achieved rapid development in recent years. Meanwhile, the logistics service quality offered by private express companies also should be improved. The X express company in Leshan was studied as a research object in this article to describe the current situation and challenge which private express companies were faced with. This article also analyzed problems in X express company's logistics service quality, and gave some specific advices for the company.%近年来,我国快递行业,尤其是民营快递企业实现了快递发展。与此同时,民营快递企业的物流服务质量仍有待提高和改善。本文以乐山市X快递公司作为研究对象,对民营快递企业发展现状和面临的挑战进行了阐述;对X快递公司物流服务质量存在的问题作了具体分析,并为之提出了具体的改进建议。
