经济型酒店人力资源管理的现状及对策研究--以如家酒店集团为例

         

摘要

经济型酒店,顾名思义是价格低廉、环境舒适、性价比高的现代酒店,价格和服务是其重要特色,而服务质量的保证主要来自于对从业人员的管理。正如管理大师彼得·德鲁克所言,人力不是成本,是企业最重要的资源,如何做好人力资源管理,已经成为增强经济型酒店竞争力的核心。然而,作为酒店发展的核心,人力资源管理却因种种原因,成为了影响我国经济型酒店健康发展的瓶颈。本文以如家酒店集团为例,从经济型酒店人力资源管理方面存在的问题出发,对典型事例进行分析,探索解决这些问题的方法。%Budget hotel, just as its name implies is cheap, comfortable and cost-effective. Price and service are the important characteristic, and guarantee the quality of service is mainly from the management of the practitioners. As management guru Peter Drucker says, the human is not the cost, but is the most important resource of an enterprise, so how to do a good job in human resources management has become a core to increase the competitiveness of budget hotel. However, as the core of hotel development, human resources management has become the bottleneck affecting the healthy development of budget hotel in China because of various reasons. Taking Home Inns hotel group as an example, from the problems of budget hotel human resources management, this paper analyzes the typical cases, and explored the ways to solve these problems.
