随着社会经济的飞速发展，应用型人才成为社会经济发展的紧缺人才。因此地方本科高校应加快向高水平应用型科技大学转型，进一步提高应用型人才培养质量，促进人才培养、科研创新、学科专业建设与煤炭产业发展相融合，为煤炭产业转型升级提供更加坚实的人才支撑。本文结合黑龙江科技大学人才培养实习实验实训基地建设经验，研究如何提高地方本科高校服务经济社会发展的能力提供一定参考。%With the rapid development of social economy, technical personnel have become a shortage of social and economic development. So local undergraduate colleges and universities should be to accelerate the transition to high level applied universities of science and technology, to further improve the quality of application-oriented personnel cultivation, and to promote personnel cultivation, scientific research innovation, and integration of discipline specialty construction and development of the coal industry, so as to provide a more solid personnel support for coal industry transition and upgrades. In this paper, combining with the experience of practice training base construction for personnel cultivation in Heilongjiang University of Science and Technology, it studied how to improve the ability of local undergraduate colleges and universities serving the economic and social development and provided some references.
