基于六西格玛流程的柔顺机构优化设计

         

摘要

Considering the defect of the concept is easily neglected in traditional development process based on the original quality for compliant mechanism, the source the quality problem couldn't be solved, Six Sigma systematic design method is proposed to improve the compliant mechanism. This paper uses Six Sigma (DMADV) as design patterns basic on the performance of compliant mechanism, analyzing the design phases, such as define, measure, analyze, design and verify. The implementation scheme is determined. The comprehensive performance,efficiency and reliability for compliant mechanisms are improved. Finally, the feasibility of this method is verified by the research object of circular flexure hinge. The method provides an effective way to improve the design for different types of compliant mechanism.%针对传统的柔顺机构产品开发过程中容易忽略概念缺陷,以原有的质量为基础进行改进,无法解决源头质量问题的不足,提出六西格玛系统化的设计方法,运用六西格玛的流程设计方法对柔顺机构进行改进,考虑柔顺机构的综合性能,将六西格玛设计中的DMADV作为柔顺机构的设计模式,对界定、测量、分析、设计、验证阶段进行展开分析,确定改进方案,提升柔顺机构综合性能,提高工作效率和可靠性。最后以环形柔性铰链为研究对象,验证本文方法的可行性,该方法为不同类型的柔顺机构进行改进设计提供一条有效途径。
