The great development of agricultural super docking project has caused the research on its performance evaluation. In this paper, the BP neural network model is used to construct the performance evaluation system of new supply chain mode of agricultural super docking, combined with the index of the balanced scorecard, balance between financial and non-financial measures of the new supply chain model was realized. After the establishment of a good network for training, the training network is used to analyze the study object.%农超对接项目的大力发展引起了对其绩效评价的研究，本文利用BP神经网络模型构建了农超对接新型供应链模式的绩效评价体系，并结合平衡计分卡模型进行了指标选取，实现了新型供应链模型财务与非财务衡量之间的平衡。之后通过对建立好的网络进行训练，将训练好的网络对所研究对象进行分析。
