视觉系统在工业机器人集成系统中的应用

         

摘要

随着科学技术的飞速发展,传统的以人控制机器制造产品的制造业已被以计算机控制的机器人制造产品代替了,生产效率得到大幅提升,产品质量有了更加可靠的保障,制造成本也大幅下降。然而有许多因素正在阻碍机器人的普及,其中一个主要因素是:大多数机器人都是“瞎子”。它们对周围环境完全没有感知能力或只有很低程度的感知能力,而这一能力却是我们大多数人每天习以为常的基本能力。我们的眼睛和大脑能够感知深度、质地和颜色等属性,同时当我们在走动时,我们的眼睛能够持续聚焦,并随着光线的变化进行调整。视觉能够赋予机器人以“看”的能力,而且现在的软件使机器人具有感知环境的能力,从而开启了各种视觉和机器人应用的大门。本文主要研究视觉系统在工业机器人中的应用并结合案例分析视觉系统加入到工业机器人集成系统中的具体效果。%With the rapid development of science and technology, the traditional people-controlled machine-building products manufacturing industry has been in a computer-controlled robots instead of the product, production efficiency has been greatly improved, the quality of products have a more reliable guarantee, manufacturing costs dramatically drop. However, there are many factors that hinder the popularity of the robot, which is a major factor:most robots are"blind". Their perception of the surrounding environment is no or only a low level of awareness, and this ability is the basic capabilities that most of us take for granted every day. Our eyes and brain to perceive depth, texture and color and other attributes, but when we walk, our eyes can continue to focus and change of light can be adjusted. Vision can give a robot the ability of "see", and now the robot software has the ability to perceive the environment, thus opening the door to a variety of vision and robotics applications. This paper studies in industrial vision systems and robot vision systems combined with case studies added to the industrial robot integration system specific effect.
