PSPICE在高频电子线路课程实验环节中的应用

         

摘要

The traditional high-frequency electronic circuit experimental link has certain limitations, so that the circuit connection and debugging are difficult, interference is too many, the experimental result is not satisfactory. Therefore, we introduce a simulation to solve the various problems in the verification experimental link of high frequency electronic circuit. It is intuitive, accurate and efficient, and can be a good solution to the problems existing in traditional experimental teaching, training students' innovative ability and system analysis ability. The diode envelope detector in high frequency circuit is simulated by PSPICE, and the results are consistent with the theory. The parameters of the circuit can be easily changed, and the working conditions of the distortion of the inertia and the distortion of the negative peak cutting are observed.%传统的高频电子线路实验环节存在一定的局限性以致电路连接、调试困难,干扰多,实验效果不理想。因此引入了仿真改进高频电子线路验证性实验环节的各种问题。其直观、准确、高效,能够很好地解决传统实验环节教学中存在的问题,培养学生的创新能力、系统分析能力等。利用PSPICE对高频电路中的二极管包络检波器进行了仿真研究,其结果与理论一致,且可以很方便地改变电路中参数,观察惰性失真和负峰切割失真的工作情况。
