房屋建筑工程施工中旋挖钻孔灌注桩施工技术的应用

         

摘要

近年来,随城市建设的不断发展,科学技术不断进步,传统的人工挖孔桩正被旋挖钻孔灌注桩所取代。旋挖钻孔是一种新型成孔桩的施工技术,广泛应用于工程建设中,具有施工质量好,尘土泥浆污染少等特点。灌注桩后注浆有桩底土体密实度和提高桩基承载力、减少结构沉降,得到广泛的应用。本文笔者结合某工程桩基工程的工作实例,分析了旋挖钻孔水下灌注桩后注浆施工工艺及方法,提出了旋挖钻孔灌注桩施工的注意事项保证施工质量。分析表明桩基承载力得到了有效提高,促进了旋挖钻孔灌注桩后注浆施工技术的发展和应用。%In recent years, with the continuous development of urban construction, science and technology advances, the traditional hand-dug piles are being replaced by auger bored. Churning is a new construction technology of drilling pile, which is widely used in construction, with good construction quality, less dust and mud pollution and other characteristics. Pile after pile bottom grouting has soil density and improves pile bearing capacity, reduces settlement structure, it has been widely used. In this paper, combined with an engineering example of a pile foundation engineering, the author analyzes the construction technology and method of the grouting construction of the auger underwater bored pile and puts forward the construction of auger bored pile construction matters needing attention to ensure the construction quality. The analysis shows that the bearing capacity of pile foundation has been effectively improved, which promotes the development and application of grouting construction technology of auger bored pile.
