Taking the T welded joint of 10CrNi3MoV hull steel as an example, through the inspection of welded joint, the determination of hydrogen diffusion hydrogen, the microstructure of welded joint and welding residual stress calculation, this paper analyzes the reason of the crack of the welded joint, and puts forward the corresponding improvement measures.%本文就某型船体用10CrNi3MoV钢T型焊接接头为例，通过焊接接头探伤检测、焊缝扩散氢测定、焊缝微观组织观察等试验及焊接残余应力计算，分析焊接接头裂纹产生原因，并提出相应的改进措施。
