Based on the water quality data of Tongguan suspended bridge section in the lower reaches of Weihe River from 2010 to 2015, the variation characteristics of main pollution indicators CODMN, NH3-N and DO were analyzed and the reasons for the change were discussed. The results show that the water quality of the Tongguan section of the Weihe River is seriously polluted, but the water quality of the Tongguan section has been improved. The deterioration of the water quality mainly occurred in winter and spring.%本文根据2010-2015年渭河下游段潼关吊桥断面的水质资料，对主要污染指标CODMN、NH3-N、DO的变化特征进行分析，并探讨了变化原因。结果表明：渭河潼关吊桥段水质污染情况严重，但总体有所好转；水质恶化主要发生在冬、春两季。
