This paper analyzes the performance of knowledge service of university in Anhui by DEA. It finds 2013 the average of comprehensive efficiency of university of Anhui is 0.775, 40%of the university comprehensive efficiency of knowledge service is below the average, 56.67%of the university comprehensive efficiency of knowledge service is invalid, 36.67%of the university technical efficiency and scale efficiency of knowledge service are invalid, and resources waste rate is high. Finally, it puts forward some measures according to the input-output efficiency of different universities.%运用数据包络分析方法(DEA)分析了安徽省高校的知识服务绩效,结论表明,2013年安徽省高校知识服务综合效率的平均值为0.775,40%高校知识服务的综合效率值在平均值以下,56.67%高校知识服务的综合效率是非DEA有效的,36.67%的高校知识服务既是技术无效又是规模无效的,高校知识服务的投入资源存在很大的浪费.最后,根据不同高校知识服务效率,提出了若干提高安徽省高校知识服务绩效的对策.
