浅析银行薪酬待遇的管理

         

摘要

薪酬是银行激励政策的重要组成部分,它能有效影响员工的积极性.一个合理有效的薪酬包设计不仅可以激发员工的积极主动性,还能帮助提高银行的各项绩效,并且同时留住和吸引更多高素质有竞争力的员工团队.随着经济社会的不断发展,经营管理方面的人才成为国际争夺的关键.该文主要采用理论分析的研究方法,基于英国的银行业解释分析银行薪酬管理的组成结构,现状,主要问题和相关政策措施,并由此总结出对中国银行业薪酬管理机制的借鉴意义.%The remuneration is an important part of the incentive policy in banks, it can effectively influence the enthusiasm of staffs. A reasonable and effective remuneration package design can not only stimulate employees' positive initiative, but also helps to improve banks' various performance, retain and attract more qualified and competitive staffs. With the continuous development of economic society, talents on operation and management become the key to international competition. This paper mainly used the research method of theoretical analysis, based on the analysis of the U.K. banking sector to explain the structure of remuneration packages, present situation, main problems and related policies and measures, and thus concluded the significance of China banking compensation.
