新中国成立以来,在经济的不断发展和人民的生活水平不断提高的状态下,商品开始从原先的预包装商品逐渐大范围地转为定量包装商品,在1985年9月6日人大通过的《中华人民共和国计量法》中已经把定量包装商品作为很重要一部分提出,而在2005年5月30日由国家质量监督检验检疫总局针对定量包装商品的净含量发布了《定量包装商品计量监督管理办法》,从而在法律层面保证了定量包装商品净含量的准确可靠.本文主要讲述如何从监管的角度来提高市场上定量包装商品合格率,从而维护老百姓的根本利益.%Since the founding of new China, in the continuous development of economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standard, the lots of goods began to be transferred from the original pre packaged goods to quantitative packaging products. In September 6, 1985, the National People's Congress passed the "People's Republic of China Metrology Law". The quantitative packaging goods is proposed as a very important part in it. In May 30, 2005, in view of the net content of quantitative packaging products, General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China issued Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Metrology of Quantitative Packaging Goods to ensure the accurate and reliable net content of the quantitative packaging products on the legal level. This paper mainly expounds how to improve the qualified rate of quantitative packing goods in the market from the regulatory point to maintain people's fundamental interests.
