本文根据两炼油厂到铁路线距离和两炼油厂间距离的不同情况，分别讨论了有无共用管线及管线覆盖城区与郊区时的不同情形，并通过优化模型使用lingo软件求解出了在城乡拆迁费用不同时的最佳的管线铺设方案，使得花费最少。%In this paper, according to the distances from the two refineries to the railway line respectively, and the distance between the two refineries, the authors discuss different conditions whether there is common oil pipeline, and the pipeline covering urban or suburban. Then they solve the optimum pipeline laying scheme that costs the least by optimizing the model using the lingo software.
