As an important force in training high quality applied talents and promoting local economic development, higher vocational colleges have always attached great importance to the employment of graduates, and formulated the effective employment promotion policy. In this paper, based on the current higher vocational college graduates employment practice, policy suggestions to promote the graduate employment are put forward.%高职院校作为培养高质量职业应用型人才，推动地方经济发展的重要力量，历来十分重视毕业生的就业工作，并制定了切实有效的就业促进政策。本文立足当前高职院校的毕业生就业实际，提出了促进毕业生就业的政策建议。
