With the development of social productivity, urban construction is also developing. Cable-stayed bridge without backstays become the highlight of the city landscape construction. Design plays an essential role in the landscape bridge. Therefore, the author believes that design should be researched after combined with the system of construction. This article discusses the combination between design and the system of construction.%随着社会生产力的发展，城市建设大规模进行，无背索斜拉景观桥成为城市建设的亮点，设计在景观桥中起到不可忽视的作用。因此，笔者认为，设计应该与施工体系相结合起来研究，本文就设计与施工体系的结合进行浅谈。
