高校的主要任务是为社会培养人才，因此要把提高人才培养质量作为高校改革发展的核心任务。本文随机选取了我院2012级工商管理和经济学两个专业的学生作为调查对象，深入了解当前大学生思想状况，从而教师才能有针对性地改进授课方式，提高办学质量，培养出社会需要的优秀人才。%The main task of colleges and universities is to cultivate personnel, therefore, to improve the quality of personnel training should be the core tasks of the reform and development in colleges and universities. This article randomly selected the students of business administration and economics specialty in 2012 as the participants in the survey, understood the current ideological status of the students in-depth, thus the teachers can improve the teaching methods, to improve the quality of education and train the personnel needed by the community.
