本文从国内外对就业质量概念界定的研究入手，揭示就业质量的内涵，进而分析我国高职院校就业管理部门的现状和影响就业质量提升的问题，在此基础上提出相应就业工作模式建议。%Starting from the research on defining the concept of employment quality at home and abroad, this paper reveals the connotation of quality of employment, then analyzes the current situation of employment management department in higher vocational colleges and the problems affecting the improvement of the quality of employment, and proposes appropriate employment work mode.
