职业技能大赛质量评价体系研究

         

摘要

针对高职院校开展的各类职业技能大赛,分析了职业技能大赛的特点,提出了技能大赛质量评价指标体系的构建原则和确立方法。构建了相对合理、符合高职院校现状、为企业所能接受的可行的质量评价指标体系。运用了模糊理论得到了理论技能、操作技能、素质能力、方法能力、大赛评价及大赛的保障与激励6个一级指标和30个二级指标的权重值。%Aimed at the all kinds of vocational skills contests in vocational colleges, the characteristics of vocational skills contest are analyzed, and the construction principles and establishment methods of the quality evaluation system of vocational skills contest are put forward. The quality evaluation index system is built, which is relatively reasonable and conforms to the situation of higher vocational colleges and is acceptable by the enterprise. Through the fuzzy theory, theoretical skills, operation skills, quality and ability, method ability, competition evaluation and 6 first index and 30 second index weights of the contest protection and incentives are obtained.
