WE-SC900H transport and girder machine is composed of a girder lifter and a girder guiding machine, which cooperate to complete the erection of the 900T box girder. The girder lifter needs to lift and transport the girder from the girder field with a two-way function. When the girder fabrication is done in the roadbed engineering, the girder lifter takes and transports the girder by itself. For bridge pier girder fabrication, there are two ways for girder taking. The improved girder taking method from the deck introduced in this paper can effectively shortens the construction time, save cost and enhance construction quality, so it has good promotion value.%WE-SC900H运架一体机由吊运梁机、导梁机两大结构组成，相互配合完成900T箱梁架设。吊运梁机需往返梁场提运梁，当制梁场范围是路基工程时，吊运梁机自行取梁、运输。当制梁场范围为桥墩时，有两种方式取梁。本文介绍的改进后的桥面取梁方法在工程施工过程中能有效减少施工工序时间，节约施工成本，提高施工质量，具有很好的推广应用价值。
