本文主要介绍了基于单片机技术的气动搬运机械手的控制系统。此控制系统由电磁阀的电气控制、气缸位置的检测以及软件系统组成,其控制核心为STC89C52单片机,适于工厂注塑的快速要求。该搬运机械手在实际生产中运行平稳可靠。%This paper mainly proposed a pneumatic carrying manipulator which is controlled by MCU. Its controlling system is composed of the electric domination of solenoid valve, detection of cylinder displacement and its software, and STC89C52 is the core of the controlling. The manipulator applies to demand of quick work in factory. The carrying manipulator can operate stably in the practice.
