大学生创业就业，特别是女大学生创业就业问题一直备受关注。研究发现，大学生创业是通过提高就业能力从而提升其可就业竞争力，即就业能力中介了创业与可就业竞争力；然而，性别身份意识会调节创业与可就业竞争力的关系，性别身份的传统意识越强，创业对可就业竞争力的正效应减弱；而性别身份的现代意识越强，创业对可就业竞争力的正向效应增强。在此基础上，文章提出了有针对性的若干建议。%Much attention has been paid to the problem of entrepreneurship and employment of female university students. This study shows that university students innovating undertaking improves employment competitiveness on employability, that is, employability moderate entrepreneurship and employment competitiveness. However, gender identity would mediate the relationship of entrepreneurship and employment competitiveness, stronger the traditional awareness of gender identity, weaker the positive impact on employment competitiveness by entrepreneurship, while stronger the conventional awareness of gender identity, stronger the positive impact on employment competitiveness by entrepreneurship. On this basis, the paper puts forward some suggestions.
