工程建设项目后评不仅能够对工程建设项目在竣工后能否达到预期的效用进行验证，而且还能通过总结上一期工程建设经验，为下一期工程项目建设实施奠定，近年来，备受各政府主管部门和项目实施单位的高度重视。本文基于网络分析法（APN），从工程项目建设实施过程、获得的效益、影响项目后期效果的因素及影响项目可持续性的因素等四个维度，建立后评价的模型，对工程项目后进行，确定各子工程项目对项目后效果的优势度及风险因素，以期提高工程建设项目后评价的效用。%Construction project post-evaluation can not only test whether the construction project has achieved the expected effect, but also provide basis for the next construction phase through summarizing experience from the project. So it is valued by the related departments of the government and the project implementing units. Based on APN method, this article builds a post-evaluation model from four dimensions: project implementing process, benefit, factors affecting the effect of the project and factors affecting the project sustainability to do post evaluation to the project and decide the dominance degree and risk factor of each sub-project to the project post effect so as to improve the effectiveness of construction project post-evaluation.
