紧链器及使用该紧链器的链传动机构

         

摘要

The chain drive device delivers the motion and power rely on the sprocket and chain link, which is widely used in manufacturing and processing industries. According to the length of the chain, the tight device is needed in the most occasions, the common tight device is unilateral tight pressure sprocket, which causes pine side and tight side easily, and this phenomenon is more highlight in two-way movement of the device, which caused inaccuracy of the instantaneous ratio and dynamic load, which led to poor performance defects in speed reverse drive, and easily caused instantaneous big load of the chain and fatigue injury of the chain, which led to fault downtime. Through the inventing and manufacturing a new tight chain device, the damage of the device due to unilateral tight can be effectively avoided, and chain tightener can tight the both side of the chain, and the chain will not be damaged when speed reverse driving, which effectively reduced the maintenance work and maintenance costs, and improved the effective operation rate and products quality of the device.%链传动设备靠链轮齿与链节的啮合传递运动和动力,在制造加工行业应用广泛。链传动根据链条长短,大部分场合需要张紧装置,常见链条的张紧装置为单边张紧压链轮,容易产生松边和紧边,设备在双向运动时这种现象更为突出,由此引起链传动瞬时传动比不准确,传动中有动载荷,导致了极速反向转动性能差等缺陷,容易造成链条瞬时受载荷过大,使链条疲劳损伤造成故障停机。通过发明制造一种新型紧链器,可有效避免由于单边张紧而引起的松、紧边所造成传动链瞬时受载荷过大带来的相关设备损坏的问题,该紧链器可使传动链的两边张紧,当传动链反向转动时也不会发生损坏,有效降低了维修工时和维修费用,提高了设备的有效作业率和产品质量。
