In the environment of national economic development, the construction industry is also in rapid development. Engineering cost management plays an important role in the process of the whole construction project. This article has carried on the system research on how to do good management of engineering cost. It introduces the main content of the project cost, points out the common problems in project cost management, and proposes the measures of improving engineering cost management.
