小型薄板类零件加工工艺研究

         

摘要

Small-sized sheet metal parts are widely used in industries, but there exists some shortcomings such as poor rigidity, low strength, clamping deformation, low machining efficiency. Taking a typical small-sized sheet metal part as an example, after analyzing the traditional process, some means of improvement is given in many aspects such as block selection, machining process, workpiece clamping and so on. After a period of application in workshop, the new machining process has obtained good results in many aspects such as reducing production time, reducing work intensity, improving the rate of qualification, which greatly reduces the overall costs of the workpieces.%小型薄板类零件是工业中经常使用的零件,但是其刚性差、强度低、装夹易变形、加工效率低下。针对车间某一典型小型薄板类零件,对传统工艺进行分析,对工艺进行改进,在毛坯选择、加工思路、工件装夹等多个方面都进行了创新。经过实践证明,该加工工艺在工时的降低、工人劳动强度的减小、合格率的提高等多个方面都取得了很好的效果,大大降低了工件的综合成本。
