With the development of society, environmental pollution has seriously affected people's normal life and health of body and mind. In the past, China's concentrated pollution control direction is point source pollution, and non-point source pollution is becoming a emphasis and difficulty of pollution control in China now. Many small and medium-sized cities in China are faced with the threat of non-point source pollution, and related management work progress is not optimistic. Based on the author's living area, Shijiazhuang city as an example, this article summarizes the phenomenon, causes, manifestation and control situation of all sorts of non-point source pollution. Combined with the technical approach of domestic non-point source pollution control and the actual situation of the region, this article discusses the non-point source pollution management direction and the feasibility of the method of Shijiazhuang City.%随着社会的发展，环境污染已经严重影响了人们的正常生活和身心健康，相对于以往我国集中治理污染方向———点源污染来说，非点源污染正在成为我国污染治理中的难点和重点。我国许多中小型城市都面临着非点源污染的威胁，而涉及治理工作的进展却不容乐观。文章以笔者的居住地区———石家庄市为例，对各种非点源污染现象、成因、表现以及现在对污染的治理情况和进展加以归纳总结，结合国内治理非点源污染的技术途径，结合本地区的实际情况来探讨石家庄市非点源污染的治理方向和可行性方法。
