KBM油田抽油机井偏磨原因分析及治理对策

         

摘要

KBM油田油藏埋深为700m~1400m,1222口抽油机井72%为井斜较大的油井,由于偏磨造成的管漏、杆脱/断造成的作业井次占全年作业工作量的40%。为了解决KBM油田抽油机井偏磨问题进行大量研究工作制定了防偏磨综合治理对策,本文将重点说明。通过应用防偏磨技术平均延长检泵周期120天以上得到油田员工及领导的一致好评。%The burial depth of the oil reservoir in KBM oil field is 700m~1400m, the well deviation of 72% of 1222 rod-pumped well is larger. The times of operating well of tube leakage, rod dropping and rod breaking caused by eccentric wear occupied 40% of the annual operation workload. In order to solve the eccentric wear of rod-pumped well in KBM oil field, a large number of research work is carried out, the combined treatment measures of preventing eccentric wear are formulated, this paper mainly expounds these. Through using the preventing technology of eccentric wear, the pump detection period is extended more than 120 days, and it gets good reputation of the staffs and leaders of the oil field.
